How to create an interactive product launch when customers and prospects are locked down?

Saint-Gobain Ecophon develops, manufactures and markets acoustic products and systems that contribute to a good working environment by enhancing peoples’ wellbeing and performance. Our promise »A sound effect on people« is the core backbone of everything we do.

Ecophon has business units in 14 countries, delegations in another 30 countries worldwide, and approximately 800 employees. The head office is located in Hyllinge, just outside Helsingborg, Sweden. Ecophon is part of the global Saint-Gobain Group.

Our brief was to create an engaging virtual event, showcasing Ecophon’s new product ranges.


We created an inviting, collaborative virtual space

We developed a fresh virtual environment, that allowed users to select what environment and sounds they would like to view within the platform. The platform provided delegates to see live streams and product launches, interact, network and share thoughts and innovations with each other in real time.

The event was an massive success and allowed users to communicate and collaborate and share their views and questions on one virtual platform.
This also provided insightful data on what customers were watching – and for how long.
