Energizer wanted to leverage the power of a Hybrid event.

Energizer were looking for an agency partner who could successfully plan, organise, co-ordinate and roll out their first-ever European Hybrid event. The task was to bring two locations together and stream live presentations to a virtual platform for their global audience.

With the main stage in Düsseldorf and guest speakers in Warsaw, this day-long event needed the capability to present live from both venues, with each location being able to interact – and also the ability to stream remote speaker presentations throughout the day.

When Energizer wanted an event that powerfully brought together the physical and virtual, they knew who to speak to.

Unlike a physical event, the challenge was to create a seamless experience for both the ‘real’ and virtual audiences. After a number of briefing meetings, ec developed a full event plan, liaising with venues, technical teams and local video crews to map out the entire experience across the virtual and physical environments.

Each location needed the capability to present slides, interact with the respective venues and also bring in remote speakers for Q&A sessions, so ec created a robust custom-built solution that delivered this.

ec seamlessly managed and streamed 10 hours of cutting-edge content, bringing the physical locations together and creating deep engagement with the virtual audience.

This was the first time Energizer had used a Hybrid approach and the feedback was 100% positive from the audience (both physical and virtual), speakers and events team.
