    How do you get people to engage regularly with online content?

    Established in 1984, the Westcoast Group remains privately held with its distributor arm, Westcoast Limited, distributing leading IT brands such as HP, HPE, Microsoft, Lenovo, Apple, and many others to a broad range of resellers, retailers and office product dealers in the UK and beyond.

    Since then Westcoast Limited has grown to become the number one UK distributor for many of their vendors and customers. The Westcoast Group employs more than 1,600 people across a number of locations in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

    Our brief was to create an online hub that could be regularly updated and added to.

    Solution

    We conceptualised, built and rolled out a virtual ‘college’ – where ‘students’ could learn – and earn.

    Developing an engaging online content hub that people want to revisit regularly is a big ask, but ec rose to the challenge – from initial discussions through to final delivery.

    Westcoast demand – and trust us to deliver the highest quality. We created a brand, a ‘points’ mechanism to incentivise students to return regularly, built the hub and developed on- and offline marketing and social content to launch the hub and support it across its lifecycle.

    All delivered with forensic attention to detail and care – ensuring that Westcoast and HPE get an exciting and immersive ‘venue’ that students will return to – time and time again.
